She provides individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy for adults seeking emotional healing, stronger relationships, and personal growth. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Kizzy helps clients manage anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions using evidence-based and holistic techniques. Kizzy also serves as a Board Member for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), where she advocates for mental-health awareness and community education.
